“Congratulations to Judge Meredith Vacca for being confirmed to the United States District Court for the Western District of New York, where she will be the first woman of color and the first Asian-American to serve. With her stellar legal career and judicial record, as well as her proven ability to preside over her courtroom with integrity and impartiality, Judge Vacca is highly qualified for this seat.
